KRC Jump Camp Friday 31st March – Sunday 2nd April 2017
After two great jump camps in 2015 and 2016 we return again to the amazing facilities of Washbrook Farm at Aston Le Walls, Daventry.
Jumping enthusiasts can avoid the mud and get ahead with their training using the all weather training complex which includes water, ditches, trakenhers, log drops, steps and numerous portable cross country fences including skinnies and corners. The jumps range from 65 cm up to advanced, there is something for everyone!
Programme for the weekend:
Arrive on Friday afternoon for a hack around the farm, then settle the horses into their stables before assembling for a jumping demonstration and BBQ.
Saturday 1 x gridwork session and arena XC session
Sunday 1 x show jump course and XC session (on grass – weather permitting)
What’s Included in the camp?
Stabling for the horse (with straw bedding) and unlimited hacking. You will need to bring your own hay, feed and tools.
Riders will be camping in lorries/tents (or local B&B) and have access to a large communal room to stay warm and drink tea/coffee. Hot lunch and evening meals are included, but can you please bring your own breakfast, snacks and alcohol!
Places on a first come first served basis due to limited onsite stabling.
