For all training bookings please complete a booking form, (click here to download Booking Form) this must be included with your payment preferably a cheque (one cheque per booking form please). All training sessions are £15 for one hours training unless otherwise stated. Include on your booking form your mobile telephone number or a telephone number where a message can be left as well as emergency contact details(click here to download Medical Form) should you be injured whilst training. On the reverse of your cheque please write the training session date and time, leave bookings and payments on the desk in the riding club office if open or through the letterbox in the door. (The Riding Club Office is situated at the end of indoor arena under the iron steps)

If you can’t book until the day before training because of work commitments you can contact me on 07768 516874. I will be able to let you know if there are spaces in any sessions, in this instance if you book over the phone, payment must be made prior to the lesson on arrival and will still be required if you don’t turn up so please be sure.

If booking for Monday Sessions your completed booking form and payment needs to be in the KRC office by Saturday 4pm and for Friday training Wednesday 4pm this is because we have to give notice to cancel a trainer and school hire if we don’t have enough in the groups.

 Not cancelling in time is very costly to the club!

Refunds will not be given unless we are notified of cancellation at least 24 hrs prior to the training session.

We endeavour to have groups of no more than 4, usually it’s less but just recently it was more. Hopefully this system will ensure over booking does not occur.
